Bartender

Job Overview We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Bartender to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for mixology and exceptional customer service skills. As a Bartender, you will be responsible for creating a welcoming atmosphere for our guests, serving beverages, and ensuring that all patrons have an enjoyable experience. You will work in a fast-paced environment, showcasing your ability to multitask and manage time effectively. Responsibilities Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes. Provide excellent customer service by engaging with patrons and responding to their needs, and creating a comfortable and enjoyable environment. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including washing glassware and cleaning surfaces. Manage cash register operations, including processing payments accurately and maintaining bar tabs. Assist with inventory management by tracking stock levels and notifying management of shortages. Taking initiative in staying up to date with craft beer and craft cocktail knowledge and sharing that information with patrons. Must be on time, flexible, and a team player. Skills Excellent time management skills to handle busy shifts efficiently. Proficiency with cash register operations and point-of-sale (POS) systems. Basic math skills for accurate cash handling and transactions. Experience in fast paced/high volume service industry atmosphere. Retail math knowledge is a plus for managing inventory effectively. Outstanding customer service skills with a focus on hospitality. Ability to work well in a team atmosphere.
