Job Summary We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Bartender to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for mixology and exceptional customer service skills, ensuring that every guest has a memorable experience. This role requires proficiency in various POS systems, including Aloha and Micros, along with the ability to manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment. Experience in fine dining, nightclubs, or catering settings is highly desirable. Responsibilities Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes and customer preferences. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, ensuring compliance with food safety and health regulations. Engage with customers, providing excellent service while taking drink orders and offering recommendations. Handle cash transactions accurately, including cash handling and cashiering duties. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service of food and beverages during events or banquets. Monitor inventory levels of bar supplies and communicate needs for reordering to management. Uphold high standards of hospitality while creating a welcoming atmosphere for guests. Stay informed about current trends in the food industry, brewing techniques, and cocktail recipes. Qualifications Previous bartending experience in a restaurant or nightclub setting is preferred. Familiarity with Skytab POS system is a plus. Strong time management skills with the ability to multitask effectively in a busy environment. Excellent customer service skills with a friendly demeanor. Basic math skills for handling transactions and managing tabs efficiently. Knowledge of food safety practices and food handling regulations is essential.
