Bartender

Overview We are seeking skilled and enthusiastic bartenders to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for mixology and customer service, with experience in a fast-paced environment such as a restaurant or nightclub. As a bartender, you will be responsible for creating exceptional drink experiences while ensuring customer satisfaction and maintaining a clean and organized bar area. Duties Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages to customers in accordance with standard recipes. Provide excellent customer service by engaging with patrons, taking orders, and making recommendations. Operate the cash register accurately, handling cash and credit transactions efficiently. Utilize POS system for order entry and payment processing. Maintain cleanliness of the bar area, including washing glassware, cleaning surfaces, and disposing of waste properly. Monitor inventory levels of liquor, beer, wine, and mixers; assist in ordering supplies as needed. Adhere to food handling and safety regulations to ensure a safe environment for guests. Assist with banquet services or special events as required. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service of food and beverages. Requirements Previous experience as a Bartender in a restaurant. Strong mathematical skills for accurate cash handling and drink preparation measurements. Familiarity with cash registers and POS systems. Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with guests. Knowledge of food handling practices and responsible alcohol service guidelines. Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail. Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required by the business needs. Must be at least 21 years of age to serve alcohol.
