Bartender

Responsibilities Prepare and serve a variety of beverages accurately and efficiently using POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS. Engage with guests in a friendly, professional manner, providing excellent customer service and personalized recommendations. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, adhering to food safety and food handling standards at all times. Manage cash handling, cashiering duties, and basic math calculations for accurate billing and change. Monitor alcohol consumption responsibly, ensuring compliance with legal drinking age regulations and responsible serving policies. Collaborate with kitchen staff during catering or banquet events to coordinate food and beverage service seamlessly. Uphold all health and safety regulations related to food safety, food handling, and beverage service in a fast-paced environment. Qualifications Previous experience in food service, restaurant work, or hospitality is highly preferred; fine dining or nightclub experience is a plus. Strong knowledge of POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS; familiarity with retail math and cash handling procedures. Excellent time management skills to handle multiple orders efficiently during busy hours. Proven ability to deliver exceptional customer service with a positive attitude. Basic math skills for accurate cash handling, billing, and inventory management. Knowledge of food safety standards and proper food handling techniques.
