Bartender and Server

Job Summary We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Bartender to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for mixology and customer service, with the ability to create memorable experiences for our guests. As a Bartender, you will be responsible for preparing and serving a variety of beverages and food ensuring customer satisfaction, and maintaining a clean and organized bar area. Responsibilities Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes and customer preferences. Engage with customers to take drink and food orders, provide recommendations, and ensure a positive experience. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including washing glassware and cleaning surfaces. Handle cash register transactions accurately, including processing payments and managing cash handling procedures. Assist in inventory management by tracking supplies and placing orders as needed. Collaborate with kitchen staff to coordinate food service during busy periods or special events such as banquets. Stay updated on beverage trends, menu offerings, and promotions to enhance sales opportunities. Requirements Previous experience in bartending or a related role within the food industry. Excellent customer service skills with the ability to engage effectively with guests. Proficiency in math skills for cash handling and retail math calculations. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail. Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, brunch and holidays as required by the business needs.
