Duties Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes and customer preferences. Maintain a clean and organized bar area, ensuring compliance with food safety and health regulations. Utilize POS system for order processing and cash handling. Engage with customers to provide excellent service, taking orders, answering questions, and making recommendations. Manage time effectively during busy shifts to ensure timely service. Handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently, adhering to proper cashiering procedures. Assist with banquet services and catering events as needed, demonstrating flexibility in various settings. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure seamless service during peak hours. Stay updated on beverage trends, brewing techniques, and cocktail recipes to enhance the guest experience. Qualifications Previous experience in bartending or food service is required. Strong customer service skills with the ability to create a welcoming atmosphere for guests. Familiarity with food handling practices and food safety regulations is essential. Experience with retail math is a plus for managing inventory and sales reporting. Ability to work well under pressure while maintaining attention to detail. Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
