Duties Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages efficiently while maintaining high standards of quality and presentation Engage with guests to understand their preferences, recommend drinks, and create personalized experiences Manage POS systems to process orders accurately and handle cash transactions with precision Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, ensuring compliance with food safety and food handling standards Monitor inventory levels, restock supplies, and communicate needs to management promptly Uphold responsible serving practices by checking IDs, recognizing intoxication signs, and adhering to alcohol service laws Collaborate with kitchen staff for timely food service Handle cashing out guests accurately using POS systems while managing retail math skills effectively Qualifications Proven experience as a bartender in fine dining, nightclub, or banquet environments preferred Will train without any bartending experience but must have experience in the restaurant industry. Excellent customer service skills with the ability to engage guests warmly and professionally Ability to manage time efficiently during busy shifts using effective time management techniques Familiarity with food safety standards, food handling procedures, and responsible alcohol service laws Basic math skills for retail math, cash handling, and billing accuracy Experience in food industry settings including such as restaurant experience is highly desirableJoin us as a vital part of our team where your passion for hospitality will shine!
