Duties Prepare and serve a variety of beverages, including cocktails, beers, wines, and non-alcoholic options, ensuring quality and presentation standards are met Take accurate orders from guests using POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS, and relay orders efficiently to kitchen staff Provide exceptional customer service by engaging with guests warmly, answering questions about menu items, and making personalized recommendations Manage cash handling responsibilities with accuracy, including cashiering and basic math calculations for bills and payments Maintain cleanliness and food safety standards by adhering to proper food handling procedures and sanitation protocols Assist in setting up and breaking down bar areas for events such as banquets or nightclubs, ensuring all equipment is properly maintained Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations during busy periods while demonstrating excellent time management skills Qualifications Proven experience in food service or hospitality environments; fine dining or banquet experience is a plus Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS; previous cashiering experience preferred Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage guests positively and professionally Knowledge of food safety regulations and proper food handling techniques Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently in fast-paced settings like nightclubs or restaurants Basic math skills for cash handling, retail math understanding, and bill calculations Experience working with brewing or catering services is advantageous but not required Excellent communication skills and a team-oriented attitude Join us to elevate the guest experience through energetic service and expert beverage knowledge!
