Duties Prepare and serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages with precision and flair, ensuring each drink meets quality standards. Manage bar operations efficiently by taking orders, processing payments using the Toast POS system Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, adhering to food safety and food handling regulations at all times. Monitor guest behavior to promote responsible drinking and ensure compliance with alcohol service laws. Restock bar supplies and ingredients promptly to keep the bar fully prepared for busy service periods. Collaborate with kitchen staff during catering or banquet events to coordinate food and beverage service seamlessly. Skills Proven experience in food service or restaurant environments, especially within fine dining or nightlife settings such as nightclubs or banquet halls. Strong knowledge of POS systems like Aloha POS and Micros POS for efficient order processing and cashiering. Excellent time management skills to handle multiple orders quickly during peak hours without sacrificing quality. Exceptional customer service abilities to engage guests warmly, address requests promptly, and resolve issues professionally. Familiarity with food safety standards, food handling procedures, and responsible alcohol service practices. Basic math skills for accurate cash handling, retail math calculations, and billing procedures.
