Known for hosting private events such as weddings and retreats, we offer a unique experience that combines luxury with the rustic charm of ranch life. During the summer season, we host numerous events, and our ranch is buzzing with activity. We take pride in offering our guests an unforgettable stay, top-tier hospitality, and personalized services. We are seeking a hardworking and dependable Bartender to join our signature Six8 Saloon, a welcoming spot where guests gather to relax, enjoy handcrafted drinks, and experience genuine hospitality. This position is located at Alpine Falls Ranch in Superior, MT where you will provide excellent bartending skills, directly support our guest experience and work with our Ranch Manager to ensure outstanding service! Responsibilities Greet customers and provide professional and friendly service in a timely manner Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages for customers Process and collect payments from customers using the point-of-sale system, handling money, processing credit and debit cards Maintain a clean and organized bar area Stock and maintain bar inventory such as beer, wine, spirits, garnishes, glassware, ice and produce Other duties as assigned Qualifications Excellent customer service skills Professional appearance is required Friendly, outgoing personality and a positive attitude Ability to stay professional and calm under pressure Resourceful with excellent problem-solving skills Ability to listen and de-escalate any customer concerns Retail math knowledge of pricing and inventory management Experienced in food handling with a strong understanding of hygiene and safety standards Must be able to work weekends, evenings and holidays Must have reliable transportation and a valid driver's license Education and/or Experience High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor's degree in hospitality or related field preferred 4+ years bartending experience Compensation & Benefits $15/hour plus tips Local housing provided Work in a beautiful and dynamic ranch environment
