Job Description
The Larch House is looking for professional bartenders to join our team! Rooted in refined service and attention to detail, this boutique alpine hotel offers both a fast-paced environment and a relaxed luxury feel with a chance to join a developing beverage team at the ground floor level. If you are excited about building something from the ground up and want to be a part of a team that values excellence and authenticity, we would love to meet you. Make consistent, curated, balanced cocktails with proper technique. Follow provided recipes and bring your own creative flare to the team. Assist with menu development seasonally. Provide professional and friendly service with a smile and warmth. Operate a clean and organized space. Follow proper alcohol handling procedures to ensure safety and quality during drink preparation and serving. Help with inventory management by organizing supplies, checking expiration dates, and reporting shortages or issues Contribute to a positive team centric culture, putting the needs of you team and the operation first. Be available and willing to train and share your skillset and passion. Uphold the Larch House standard in presentation, timing and hospitality. 2+ years of craft cocktail bartending experience preferred. Strong foundational knowledge of classic cocktails, spirits and wine. Polished appearance with professional communication. Strong time management skills to prioritize tasks efficiently during busy service periods Customer service experience that highlights professionalism, patience, and effective communication skills Knowledge of food/drink preparation techniques and kitchen operations is a plus Ability to work as part of a team in fast-paced environments while maintaining attention to detail Join us in delivering compassionate care through excellent food and drink service!
