Job Summary We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Bartender to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for mixology and providing exceptional customer service in a fast-paced environment. As a Bartender, you will be responsible for crafting cocktails, serving beverages, and ensuring a memorable experience for our guests in both fine dining and nightclub settings. Your ability to manage time effectively and handle multiple tasks will be essential in delivering top-notch service. Duties Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes and guest preferences. Maintain knowledge of the menu offerings, including food pairings and drink specials. Operate Aloha POS or Micros POS systems for order processing and payment handling. Ensure compliance with food safety and handling regulations while maintaining cleanliness at the bar area. Provide exceptional customer service by engaging with guests, taking orders, and addressing any inquiries or concerns. Manage cash handling accurately, including processing payments and providing change as needed. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of food and beverage orders. Uphold high standards of hospitality while creating a welcoming atmosphere for all patrons. Requirements At least 2 years previous bartending experience in a restaurant or nightclub setting is preferred, with fine dining experience being a plus. Familiarity with Micros POS systems is highly desirable. Strong time management skills to efficiently handle multiple orders during peak hours. Excellent customer service skills with the ability to engage positively with guests. Basic math skills for cash handling and order processing; retail math experience is beneficial. Knowledge of food safety practices and food handling regulations within the food industry. Ability to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends as needed. Experience in brewing or cocktail creation, along with any banquet or catering experience.
