Job Overview We are seeking an energetic and personable Bartender to join our vibrant hospitality team. In this role, you will be the face of our establishment, creating memorable experiences for guests through exceptional service and expertly crafted beverages. Your enthusiasm, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple tasks will contribute to a lively atmosphere where guests feel welcomed and valued. Whether working in a fine dining setting, nightclub, or banquet environment, you will play a key role in delivering outstanding customer service while maintaining the highest standards of food safety and cleanliness. Responsibilities Prepare and serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages with precision and flair, ensuring consistency and quality. Engage with guests in a friendly, professional manner, providing excellent customer service that encourages repeat visits. Manage POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS for accurate order entry, billing, and cash handling. Maintain a clean and organized bar area, adhering to food safety standards and proper food handling procedures. Handle cash transactions efficiently, perform basic math calculations for change, and ensure accurate cashiering practices. Assist with serving food during events such as banquets or catering functions, ensuring timely delivery and presentation. Monitor guest behavior in nightclubs or other lively venues to promote safety while creating an enjoyable environment. Collaborate with team members to manage busy shifts effectively through strong time management skills. Skills Proven experience in food service or hospitality environments, especially within fine dining, nightclubs, or banquet settings. Proficiency with POS systems including Aloha POS and Micros POS for seamless transactions. Strong customer service skills with the ability to connect with diverse guests and handle challenging situations professionally. Knowledge of food safety regulations and proper food handling techniques to ensure guest safety at all times. Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks during high-volume periods efficiently. Ability to perform retail math accurately for cash handling and sales transactions. Familiarity with serving alcohol responsibly in compliance with legal requirements; experience in brewing or the food industry is a plus.
