Bartender

We are looking for a Full Time and Part Time Bartenders. Enthusiastic bartender to provide an excellent guest drinking experience. Good bartenders will be able to create classic and innovative drinks exceeding customers' needs and expectations. Compensation includes salary and tips. Our restaurant Hours are : Monday Closed Tuesday 4:30-9PM Wednesday 4:30-9PM Thursday 4:30-9PM Friday 4:30-9PM Saturday 4:30-9PM Sunday 4:30-9PM Hours will expand as season approaches. •Bartenders are scheduled to come in between 30 min's to an hour before opening to make sure everything is clean, Bar is set up, and all pre-req's are done and approximately 30 min's to an hour after closing to make sure Bar is clean and ready for the next day. Responsibilities Prepare alcohol or non-alcohol beverages for bar and restaurant patrons Interact with customers, take orders and serve snacks and drinks Assess customers' needs and preferences and make recommendations Mix ingredients to prepare cocktails Plan and present bar menu Check customers' identification and confirm it meets legal drinking age Restock and replenish bar inventory and supplies Stay guest focused and nurture an excellent guest experience Comply with all food and beverage regulations Skills Resume with proven working experience as a bartender Excellent knowledge of mixing, garnishing and serving drinks Computer literacy Positive attitude and excellent communication skills Ability to keep the bar organized, stocked and clean Relevant training certificate

REQUIRED

experience as a bartender in a full service, sit-down, high volume restaurant for 1 year.
