Responsibilities Greet guests warmly and provide attentive, personalized service throughout their visit Take accurate orders using POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS, ensuring quick and precise processing Serve food and beverages promptly while maintaining high standards of food safety and cleanliness Manage cash handling and cashiering duties with integrity and accuracy, including basic math calculations for bills and tips Maintain a clean and organized work station, adhering to food handling and safety regulations Upsell menu items to enhance guest experience and increase sales opportunities Collaborate with kitchen staff, bartenders, and management to ensure smooth service flow during busy hours, including nights and weekends Qualifications Previous restaurant or food service experience preferred; fine dining or banquet experience is a plus Proficiency with POS systems Strong time management skills to handle multiple tables or bar orders efficiently in a fast-paced environment Excellent customer service skills with a friendly, energetic attitude Knowledge of food safety standards and proper food handling procedures Ability to perform basic math accurately for cash handling and sales transactions Experience working in nightlife venues like nightclubs or catering environments is advantageous Join us to be part of an energetic team that values hospitality, teamwork, and delivering outstanding guest experiences.
