Overview Join our dynamic team as a Barback, where your energy and enthusiasm will help create an exceptional experience for our guests. As a vital support to our bartenders and service staff, you will ensure the bar area remains clean, organized, and fully stocked, enabling smooth and efficient service. Responsibilities Maintain cleanliness of the restaurant, your main priority is bussing tables and stocking the bar Restock bar supplies such as bottles, mixers, garnishes, and utensils to ensure bartenders have everything needed for service. Assist with bussing tables and clearing empty glasses or dishes from the bar and dining areas promptly. Support food handling processes by assisting with basic food prep or delivery when needed, ensuring food safety protocols are followed. Communicate effectively with team members to coordinate service flow and address any immediate needs or issues. Help set up and break down the bar at the start and end of shifts, including organizing storage areas and disposing of waste properly. Provide friendly, attentive customer service by greeting guests when appropriate and supporting a welcoming environment. Experience Previous experience in food service or restaurant environments is preferred but not required; enthusiasm and willingness to learn are key. Familiarity with cleaning procedures, bussing, or catering roles enhances your ability to succeed in this position. Strong communication skills are essential for working effectively within a fast-paced team setting. Experience in hospitality or hotel service roles can be advantageous but is not mandatory; we value motivated individuals eager to grow their skills.
