Job Description

We are seeking a friendly, attentive, and service-oriented team member to support special events, banquets, and private functions. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys creating memorable guest experiences, working in a fast-paced environment, and contributing to a polished, professional atmosphere. A summary of the job description is included below.
Duties/Responsibilities:
Set up banquet and event spaces according to event specifications and service standards. Provide prompt, courteous food and beverage service to guests throughout events. Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages in accordance with applicable laws and venue policies. Monitor guest needs and respond proactively to ensure a smooth and enjoyable experience. Assist with clearing tables, resetting spaces, and maintaining cleanliness during and after events. Work collaboratively with event coordinators, kitchen staff, and fellow team members to support seamless service. Follow all safety, sanitation, and responsible alcohol service guidelines. Handle guest questions and requests professionally and with a positive attitude.
Skills/Abilities:
Prior experience in banquet service, catering, hospitality, or bartending is preferred. Strong communication and customer service skills. Ability to work efficiently in a busy, team-oriented environment. Comfortable standing, walking, lifting, and carrying trays or supplies for extended periods. Attention to detail and a commitment to high-quality service. Ability to follow instructions and adapt to changing event needs. Basic knowledge of beverage preparation and responsible alcohol service practices is a plus. Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, holidays, and varying event schedules as needed.
