Job Description
Job Overview We are seeking an energetic and personable Bartender with at lease 2 years of experience to join our dynamic team! In this role, you will be the face of our establishment, creating memorable experiences for guests through exceptional service, expert drink preparation, and a lively atmosphere. Your enthusiasm and attention to detail will help foster a welcoming environment where guests feel valued and eager to return. Duties Prepare and serve a variety of beverages accurately and efficiently Engage with guests in a friendly, professional manner to ensure an outstanding customer experience Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area in compliance with food safety and food handling standards Monitor alcohol consumption and enforce responsible serving policies in accordance with legal requirements Assist with food service duties when needed Experience Strong time management skills to handle busy shifts efficiently while maintaining high-quality service Knowledge of food safety standards, food handling procedures, and responsible alcohol serving practices Experience with retail math, cash handling, cashiering, and basic math calculations necessary for accurate transactions Familiarity with the food industry's best practices for customer service and hospitality excellence
