Job Summary Join our vibrant hospitality team as an Experienced Bartender or Server, where your passion for exceptional customer service will shine! In this dynamic role, you will craft tasty cocktails, serve delicious food, and create memorable experiences for our guests. Duties Prepare and serve a variety of beverages, including cocktails, wine, craft beers, and spirits, ensuring consistency and quality in every pour Take accurate food and beverage orders using Toast POS, processing cash and card transactions efficiently Provide exceptional customer service by engaging with guests, answering questions about menu items, and offering personalized recommendations Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including glassware, utensils, and beverage stations in compliance with food safety standards Manage bar inventory levels, restock supplies as needed, and assist with bar management tasks to ensure smooth operations during busy hours Collaborate with kitchen staff to coordinate service during events such as banquets or nightclubs, ensuring timely delivery of food and drinks Skills Strong knowledge of mixology techniques, wine varieties, spirits, and beer Excellent customer service skills with a friendly attitude that enhances guest satisfaction Extensive experience with POS systems like Toast POS for order processing and cash handling Proven ability to manage time effectively in fast-paced environments while maintaining high-quality service standards Experience working in fine dining establishments or upscale hospitality settings is highly preferred Knowledge of food safety practices, proper food handling procedures, and beverage presentation standards Join us if you're passionate about delivering outstanding hospitality experiences!
