Job Description
Job Overview We are seeking a dynamic and energetic Server/Bartender to join our vibrant hospitality team. In this role, you will be the face of our establishment, delivering exceptional customer service while preparing and serving food and beverages in a fast-paced environment. Your enthusiasm, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple tasks will ensure our guests have memorable experiences. Whether taking orders, mixing drinks, or managing the flow of service, your proactive approach will contribute to a lively and welcoming atmosphere. Responsibilities Greet guests warmly and provide attentive, friendly service throughout their visit Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS Prepare and serve drinks responsibly, adhering to food safety and alcohol service regulations Manage cash handling and cashiering duties efficiently, ensuring accuracy in transactions Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar and dining areas in compliance with food handling standards Upsell menu items to enhance guest experience and increase sales opportunities Assist with catering, banquet service, or nightclub events as needed to support team operations Qualifications Proven experience in food service, fine dining, or hospitality environments, including restaurant or nightclub settings Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS is highly desirable Strong time management skills to handle multiple tables or bar stations simultaneously Excellent customer service skills with a positive attitude and professional demeanor Knowledge of food safety practices and proper food handling procedures Ability to perform basic math for cash handling, retail math, and order calculations Previous experience with serving alcohol responsibly and understanding related legal requirements Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and special events such as banquets or catering functions Join us if you're passionate about creating lively atmospheres where guests feel valued!
