In this role, you will be the face of our establishment, creating memorable experiences for guests through exceptional service and expertly crafted drinks. Your enthusiasm, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple tasks will ensure a lively and welcoming atmosphere. Whether working in a fine dining setting, nightclub, or banquet environment, you'll bring your passion for hospitality to every interaction while maintaining food safety standards and efficient cash handling. Duties Prepare and serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages with precision and flair, ensuring consistency and quality. Engage with guests in a friendly, professional manner, providing excellent customer service that encourages repeat visits. Manage POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS to process orders accurately and efficiently. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, adhering strictly to food safety and food handling protocols. Handle cash transactions with accuracy, including cashiering duties and basic math calculations for change and totals. Restock bar supplies, monitor inventory levels, and place orders as needed to ensure seamless service during busy hours. Collaborate with kitchen staff for timely food service, catering events, or banquet setups when required. Uphold all health regulations related to food safety, alcohol service laws, and responsible serving practices. Assist in training new team members on proper serving techniques, POS operation, and customer service standards. Experience Proven experience as a bartender in a fast-paced environment such as fine dining restaurants, nightclubs, or banquet halls. Familiarity with POS systems including Aloha POS and Micros POS is highly desirable. Strong knowledge of food safety standards and food handling procedures within the food industry. Demonstrated ability to manage time effectively during high-volume periods using excellent time management skills. Experience in retail math for cash handling, sales tracking, and inventory management. Previous work in hospitality settings like brewing establishments or catering environments is a plus.
