We're looking for a talented bartender to help us continue this tradition. Do you have a passion for turning first time guests into loyal regulars through unique cocktails and an abundance of southern hospitality? Are you someone who can handle tables in the dining room, bar guests, service well, and prep responsibilities with grace? We would like to talk to you!

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and serve a wide range of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages in a timely and efficient manner.
• Maintain a clean and organized bar area, ensuring all equipment is in proper working order.
• Engage with guests, providing recommendations and answering questions about our menu and beverage offerings.
• Build strong relationships with guests, remembering their preferences and creating personalized experiences.
• Handle cash and credit card transactions accurately and efficiently.
• Collaborate with other restaurant staff to ensure seamless service and a positive dining experience for all guests.
• Adhere to all health, safety, and ALE regulations

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a bartender in a high-volume restaurant or bar setting.
• Knowledge of mixology, beverage trends, and cocktail recipes.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a friendly and hospitable demeanor.
• Ability to multitask and work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
• A passion for creating memorable experiences and building lasting relationships with guests.
• Knowledge of relevant regulations.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
