We are opening for service in November of 2023, but will start paid-training for all staff starting October 2023.

Job Summary:

As a Food Server, they are responsible for ensuring that the guests experience expectations are exceeded. They will be receiving guest's orders and making sure they are input in the POS system and are produced in a timely manner. They are also responsible for ensuring that the guests are completely satisfied throughout their meals. They will also be required to work as a team with co-workers to complete side work.

Responsibilities:

• Greeting and serving guests with a hospitable and polite attitude.
• Must be knowledgeable of menu and preparation including allergies, and ingredients and knows how to properly describe it to guests and be able to recognize any of these dishes upon seeing them.
• Must be knowledgeable of different wines/cocktails/beers and be able to properly describe them and recommend them to guests to pair with their dinner.
• Will be required to input different orders into a POS system and will be required to accurately process payments at the end of the meal.
• Must work with and assist other members of your team.
• Will be required to complete assigned side work.
• Will be required to attend classes/meetings regarding any new menu changes.

Requirements:

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Must be able to stand for long periods of time.
• Ability to be flexible with schedule (Days, nights, and weekends)
