Responsibilities Greet guests warmly and take accurate orders for food and beverages using Square POS systems. Serve drinks and meals efficiently, ensuring presentation meets quality standards. Manage cash handling and cashiering duties with precision, including processing payments and giving correct change. Maintain a clean, organized bar and dining area, adhering to food safety and sanitation protocols. Upsell menu items to maximize sales opportunities while providing excellent customer service. Monitor guest satisfaction throughout their visit, promptly addressing any concerns or special requests. Assist with catering events, banquets, or bartending service as needed, ensuring seamless execution of all functions. Experience Prior experience in food service or hospitality roles is highly preferred Familiarity with Square for efficient order processing. Demonstrated ability to manage time effectively during busy shifts while maintaining attention to detail. Knowledge of food safety standards, proper food handling techniques, and basic math skills for cash handling and retail math calculations. Experience in serving alcohol responsibly in a licensed environment such as a brewery or bar is a plus. Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage positively with diverse guests.
