Full Job Description Compensation:

$5 an hour + tips

Job Type:

Full-Time or Part-Time jobs available La Belle Helene is looking for self motivated individuals with excellent people skills. Must be able to hold a crowd in a high volume environment. As an employee you would be responsible for performing the following tasks to the highest standards.

Responsibilities and requirements:

• clean bars, work areas and tables
• serve wine, bottle/draft beer, craft cocktails
• stock bar with beer, wine, liquor
• slice and pit fruit for garnishing drinks
• have full knowledge of all menus and beverage menus
• proper set up and breakdown of area and service station
• prepare beverages quickly and efficiently following written and visual standards
• follow service standards at all times
• demonstrate excellent teamwork with other departments

Qualifications:

• able to stand for extended periods of time
• able to lift and carry 20 pounds
• 2 plus years bar experience in high volume and fine dining restaurant
