Job Overview Join our dynamic team as a Catering Server/Bartender, where you'll play a vital role in delivering exceptional guest experiences at a variety of events and venues. This energetic position combines the art of hospitality with the precision of food and beverage service, ensuring every guest feels welcomed and valued. Whether serving delicious cuisine, mixing creative drinks, or providing attentive guest relations, you'll be at the forefront of creating memorable moments that leave a lasting impression. Duties Greet guests warmly and provide attentive, friendly service throughout events or dining experiences Serve food and beverages efficiently, including taking orders, delivering dishes, and refilling drinks as needed Mix and serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, demonstrating wine knowledge and beverage service expertise Maintain cleanliness and organization of service areas, including bussing tables and resetting for new guests Ensure food safety and proper handling procedures are followed at all times Assist with food preparation and setup for catering events to ensure smooth operations Use POS (Point of Sale) systems accurately for order processing and billing Support banquet functions by setting up tables, serving guests, and managing guest relations with professionalism Collaborate with team members to deliver seamless service in fine dining or hotel settings Uphold high standards of hospitality, food quality, and customer service to enhance guest satisfaction Qualifications Prior experience in the food industry or hospitality environment is highly preferred Culinary experience or banquet experience is advantageous for understanding food presentation and service standards Strong guest services skills with a focus on guest relations and customer satisfaction Experience with food handling, food safety protocols, and basic math for accurate order processing Knowledge of wine, beverages, and beverage service techniques; familiarity with POS systems is a plus Previous restaurant or hotel experience demonstrating excellent service in fast-paced settings Ability to stand for extended periods, move quickly between tasks, and work effectively under pressure Excellent communication skills combined with a friendly, energetic attitude Experience in catering or fine dining environments is desirable but not required Embark on a rewarding journey where your enthusiasm for hospitality can shine!
