Role:

As the weather warms and the summer season begins, we are beginning our search for enthusiastic, service-hearted individuals to join our Splash Café serving team! As a Pool Server/Bartender, you will provide our members, their families and guests a memorable experience as they enjoy our seasonal pool and dining facilities.

Pay:

Starting at $15

• 17 per hour, based on experience

Seasonal full-time & seasonal part-time positions available

Schedule/Shift:

This is a seasonal position beginning in May through early September. Shifts available Monday

• Sunday between the hours of 10:00 AM

Our Team Includes:

Serves members and guests on the pool desk by taking food and beverage orders and prepares and serves alcoholic beverage orders from Pool Servers Monitors guest behavior and alcohol consumption to determine when alcohol service should cease Responsible for completing opening/closing side work, including stocking the pool bar, in addition to maintaining the overall cleanliness of Splash Café and pool service areas What You'll Need to

• You are a self-starter and work well independently, but also take direction and enjoy being a team-player
• You take pride in your work and are committed to do things the right way because shortcuts do not serve excellence
• You are dedicated to serving others, regardless of whether it is an internal or external customer because we expect our team members to have hearts for service

Must-Have Minimum Qualifications:

• Minimum legal age to serve and/or prepare alcoholic beverages
• Prior serving/bartending experience
• Clear background screening and employment authorized
• A valid driver's license and/or reliable transportation
