Duties Greet guests warmly and take accurate food and beverage orders with enthusiasm and professionalism Prepare and serve a wide range of beverages, including cocktails, wine, craft beers, and non-alcoholic options, adhering to recipes and presentation standards Manage POS systems such as Toast POS to process cash transactions efficiently and accurately Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, dining space, and service stations in compliance with food safety standards Develop beverage recipes and suggest pairings to enhance guest experience while upselling menu items to increase sales Handle cash handling responsibilities accurately while balancing registers at shift end Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of food orders and coordinate catering or banquet services when needed Requirements Proven experience in food service, bartending, or hospitality industry roles with a focus on customer service excellence Strong knowledge of POS systems including Aloha POS and Micros POS; experience with cash handling is essential Demonstrated skills in mixology, cocktail creation, wine knowledge, spirits expertise, and beverage recipe development Excellent time management skills to handle multiple tables or bar stations efficiently during busy hours.
