Position Summary Event Bartenders are responsible for providing exceptional beverage service while creating a welcoming and professional guest experience. Successful candidates will maintain high standards of customer service, safety, efficiency, and professionalism at every event. Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages
- Verify guest identification and comply with all alcohol service laws
- Maintain a clean, organized, and fully stocked bar area
- Set up and break down portable bars and beverage stations
- Process guest orders quickly and accurately
- Monitor guest consumption and promote responsible alcohol service
- Manage bar inventory and replenish supplies as needed
- Deliver exceptional customer service and hospitality
- Work closely with event managers, banquet teams, and venue staff
- Follow all event procedures, safety standards, and company policies Qualifications
- Previous bartending experience required
- Knowledge of beer, wine, spirits, and popular cocktails
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Professional appearance and positive attitude
- Reliable transportation
- Ability to stand for extended periods
- Ability to lift up to 40 pounds
- Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
