• (Bartender) Prepare and serve cocktails, beer, wine, sake, and non-alcoholic beverages with consistency; maintain a clean, organized, well-stocked bar.
• (Food Runner) Deliver food orders promptly from the kitchen to tables, ensuring accuracy and presentation.
• (Busser) Clear and reset tables swiftly and efficiently; keep the dining room clean and ready for new guests.
• (Host/Hostess) Welcome guests with warmth and professionalism; manage reservations, waitlists, and seating arrangements for a seamless dining experience.
• Take accurate food and beverage orders, utilizing POS systems to process sales efficiently.
• Upsell menu items such as specialty cocktails, sake, or desserts to enhance guest experience and increase sales.
• Provide exceptional guest service by responding promptly to requests and handling any issues with professionalism.
• Support teammates across roles during busy shifts. Experience
• Previous experience in food service, bartending, or restaurant environments is preferred; fine dining or bar experience is a plus.

• Bartenders:

  strong knowledge of spirits, cocktails, beer, wine, and drink presentation techniques.
• Familiarity with POS systems to process sales accurately.
• Demonstrated ability in customer service roles with excellent communication skills and a friendly demeanor.
• Experience in food handling, sanitation standards, and food safety protocols.
• Ability to multitask efficiently through effective time management and organizational skills.
