Responsibilities:

Mixing and Serving Alcoholic beverages (general and Kanki-specific recipes) Must know and understand all North Carolina and Raleigh laws pertaining to Alcohol service Have a full knowledge of our menu and be able to recommend dishes Know all allergens that could possibly be harmful to our guests Maintain and cleaning our bar in a Neat, Clean and Organized manner Take direction from management

Requirements:

Must be over 21 years of age Must be able to work primarily PM Shifts Must have Weekend Availability Must have reliable transportation to get to and from work on time Must be eligible to work in the US and pass eVerify verification

THE KANKI EXPERIENCE

When you visit of our Raleigh-Durham restaurants, you'll be greeted by our friendly staff and seated at a large table surrounding one of our teppan grills. Next, you'll choose drinks, starters, sushi, hibachi and more from our extensive menu. All teppanyaki dishes will be made-to-order, and our chefs will prepare your hibachi chicken, steak, shrimp, salmon or scallops, along with rice and a selection of veggies, right in front of your eyes. Of course, half of the fun is watching our chefs as they expertly chop, dice and cook your meal with the flip of a knife, providing mealtime entertainment your whole table is sure to enjoy!
