Company Overview Summary Luna Rotisserie & Empanadas is seeking a skilled Bartender/Server to join our vibrant team. Located in a lively atmosphere, you will play a key role in providing exceptional service to our guests while crafting delicious beverages that enhance their dining experience. Responsibilities Greet and seat guests in a friendly and timely manner. Take food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently. Provide recommendations and upsell menu items to enhance guest satisfaction. Ensure that all orders are delivered accurately and promptly to guests. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area throughout service. Handle cash and credit card transactions accurately and responsibly. Prepare and serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes. Provide excellent customer service by engaging with guests and ensuring their satisfaction. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including proper inventory management. Adhere to all food safety and sanitation regulations while preparing drinks. Collaborate with kitchen and other front of house staff to ensure timely service during busy periods. Requirements Proven experience as a Bartender in a restaurant or bar setting. Strong knowledge of mixology, drink recipes, and beverage preparation techniques. Excellent customer service skills with the ability to engage with patrons effectively. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail. Familiarity with cash handling procedures and point-of-sale systems.
