What You'll Do:

Share your knowledge of craft beer, wine, and food to elevate guest experiences. Make personalized recommendations based on guests' preferences and build lasting relationships with regulars. Maintain a clean, organized, and stocked bar while adhering to local health department and state guidelines. Assist with bar maintenance and daily cleaning tasks. Actively promote our offerings, sharing your passion for craft beer and boosting sales through exceptional product knowledge. Collaborate with the team to create a welcoming atmosphere that makes guests feel at home.

What We're Looking For:

A people-first personality with strong communication skills and a love for hospitality. Passion for craft beer and eagerness to stay on top of the latest trends in the industry. Ability to lift, carry, push, and pull up to 30 pounds, change kegs, and clean lines. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with mobility for shifts up to 8 hours. Must be 21 years or older. Flexibility to work days, nights, and weekends. One year of bartending experience (bonus if you have more!). Certified Beer Server (Cicerone) certification required within 30 days of hire. Why THBB?
