Responsibilities Take orders accurately and efficiently using POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS, ensuring smooth transactions and cash handling. Prepare and serve a variety of beverages, including cocktails, beer, wine, and non-alcoholic options, maintaining high standards of food safety and cleanliness. Provide exceptional customer service by engaging with guests in a friendly, professional manner to enhance their dining experience. Manage multiple tables or bar stations simultaneously while maintaining excellent time management to ensure prompt service. Maintain cleanliness of work areas, including bar counters, tables, and service stations, adhering to food safety regulations. Assist with setup and breakdown of events such as banquets or catering functions, ensuring all food handling and serving protocols are followed. Support team members in a nightclub or retail environment when needed, demonstrating flexibility and teamwork in fast-paced settings. Experience Previous restaurant or food service experience is highly preferred, especially in fine dining or banquet settings. Familiarity with POS systems. Experience working in nightlife venues such as nightclubs or bars is a plus. Knowledge of food safety standards and proper food handling procedures is essential. Strong skills in sales, cash handling, retail math, and basic math to accurately manage transactions. Proven ability to multitask effectively while delivering outstanding customer service in busy environments. Experience with catering events or banquet service enhances your candidacy; however, enthusiasm for hospitality is most important.
