Full Job Description Overview:

Join our team as a Bartender at our upscale pizzeria. We are seeking a skilled individual with a passion for hospitality and customer service to create memorable experiences for our guests.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages following standard recipes
• Interact with customers, take orders, and provide recommendations
• Handle cash transactions and operate the cash register
• Maintain a clean and organized bar area
• Check identification to ensure legal drinking age
• Upsell drinks and promote specials to increase sales
• Monitor customer behavior and ensure responsible alcohol service

Skills:

• Excellent time management to handle multiple tasks efficiently
• Experience as a bartender in an upscale restaurant setting preferred
• Proficient in cash handling procedures
• Strong hospitality skills with a focus on customer service
• Sales skills to promote drinks and upsell to customers
• Ability to operate a cash register and perform basic math calculations
• Familiarity with various types of alcoholic beverages
