Take food orders accurately using POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS, and relay orders efficiently to kitchen staff. Provide attentive table service by greeting guests, answering questions about menu items, and ensuring their needs are met promptly. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar, dining area, and kitchen stations in compliance with food safety standards. Handle cash transactions accurately through POS systems, manage cash handling duties, and process payments with precision. Assist with food preparation or cooking as needed, following proper food handling procedures to ensure safety and quality. Qualifications Prior experience in food service roles such as bartending, serving, or cooking within a restaurant or hospitality environment is highly preferred. Familiarity with POS systems Sky Tab; basic math skills for cash handling and retail math are essential. Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage guests positively and handle diverse situations professionally. Knowledge of food safety practices and proper food handling procedures to ensure health standards are maintained. Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks efficiently during busy periods. Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays in a fast-paced environment.
