Job Description
Casual pool bar seeking a passionate bartender to deliver exceptional guest experiences in a relaxed yet elevated farm-to-table setting.
Key Responsibilities:
- Craft seasonal/signature & classic cocktails with precision
- Provide knowledgeable, friendly bar and pool side service
- Make thoughtful recommendations (cocktails, beer, specials,)
- Upsell premium drinks, pairings & food
- Multitask efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Maintain clean, organized bar and dining areas
- Collaborate with kitchen & manager
Requirements:
- 3-5+ years bartending in upscale casual or fine dining required
- Strong knowledge of classic cocktails, beer & food pairings
- Excellent communication, positive team attitude & calm under pressure
- Professional appearance & genuine hospitality passion
- Afternoon, Evening, weekend & holiday availability
- Food handler's certification (or willingness to obtain)
