Responsibilities Prepare and serve a wide range of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, including cocktails, wines, beers, and specialty drinks, ensuring consistency and quality. Engage with guests in a friendly, professional manner to enhance their overall experience and promote repeat business. Manage POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS to process orders accurately and efficiently while handling cash transactions with precision. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, adhering to food safety standards and responsible beverage service policies. Develop new beverage recipes and experiment with mixology techniques to keep offerings fresh and exciting. Monitor inventory levels of spirits, wines, beers, mixers, and garnishes; communicate needs for restocking or ordering supplies. Collaborate with the restaurant team to ensure seamless service during busy hours, including banquet or catering events if applicable. Qualifications Proven experience in bartending or food service within the hospitality industry; fine dining or nightclub experience is highly desirable. Strong knowledge of spirits, wine varieties, craft beers, cocktail recipes, and beverage presentation techniques. Proficiency with POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS for order processing and cash handling. Excellent customer service skills with the ability to engage guests warmly while managing multiple tasks efficiently through effective time management. Familiarity with food safety standards, food handling procedures, and responsible alcohol service practices. Ability to perform basic math calculations for cash transactions, retail math understanding, and food industry operations.
