Bartender/Server

Bartender/Server Compass Pointe Clubhouse - Leland, NC $8-$11 per hour plus tips Compass Pointe is seeking a friendly, dependable, and service-oriented Bartender/Server to join our clubhouse team. This position plays an important role in creating a welcoming and enjoyable experience for members and guests through exceptional food and beverage service. We are open to both part-time and full-time candidates who thrive in a fast-paced hospitality environment and enjoy building relationships with members and guests. Essential Responsibilities Provide professional and attentive food and beverage service to members and guests Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages in accordance with company standards and applicable laws Take food and beverage orders accurately and deliver orders in a timely manner Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar, dining areas, and service stations Ensure responsible alcohol service and compliance with all ABC regulations Process member charges and payments accurately Assist with setup and breakdown for clubhouse events, banquets, and special functions Restock bar and service supplies as needed Work collaboratively with kitchen and clubhouse staff to provide excellent guest experiences Maintain a positive, team-oriented attitude at all times Qualifications Previous bartending and/or serving experience preferred Excellent communication and customer service skills Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail Must be dependable, professional, and personable Ability to work flexible schedules including evenings, weekends, and holidays Must meet all state requirements for serving alcohol Physical Requirements Ability to stand and walk for extended periods of time Ability to lift and carry up to 30 pounds Ability to work indoors and outdoors as business needs require

Pay:

$8.00 - $11.00 per hour
