Take food and drink orders accurately using POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS, and deliver prompt, friendly service. Engage with guests to create a welcoming atmosphere, answer questions about menu items, and recommend specials or pairings. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area and dining space in compliance with food safety standards. Handle cash transactions accurately, including cash handling, cashiering, and processing payments efficiently. Manage multiple tables or bar stations simultaneously through effective time management and prioritization skills. Assist in catering or banquet events when needed, providing exceptional service in diverse settings such as nightclubs or fine dining environments. Requirements Proven experience in food service or hospitality roles, preferably with fine dining or nightclub experience. Familiarity with POS systems like Aloha POS or Micros POS is highly desirable. Strong customer service skills with a friendly, energetic attitude that enhances guest satisfaction. Ability to manage time effectively in busy settings while maintaining attention to detail. Knowledge of food safety protocols and proper food handling procedures to ensure guest safety. Basic math skills for cash handling, retail math understanding, and accurate order processing. Excellent communication skills to coordinate with team members and assist guests seamlessly. Previous experience in serving, bartending, catering, or banquet settings is a plus; retail math knowledge is beneficial too.
