This role is suited to team members who take pride in keeping a busy bar running smoothly and set our bartenders up to deliver great service. About Us Deepwell is an upscale casual restaurant and part of a growing local restaurant group, with several other restaurants in the area owned by Joe & Katy Kindred. Our culinary team has earned numerous James Beard Foundation nominations along with other national and local accolades. We're known for seasonally-driven menus, craft beer and cocktail programs, and stellar wine lists — and we're looking for team members who bring the same level of care to the guest experience that our kitchen brings to the plate. Responsibilities Stock and restock liquor, beer, wine, garnishes, and bar supplies throughout service Keep ice bins full and bar equipment clean and organized Cut and prep garnishes, juices, and other cocktail components Bus and reset bar seating, washing glassware as needed Assist bartenders during high-volume service to help maintain pace and quality Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar and storage areas Communicate effectively with bartenders and front-of-house staff to anticipate needs Support the bar team during high-volume, fast-paced shifts Qualifications Previous bar back or restaurant experience preferred, not required Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume environment Ability to lift kegs and cases and stand for extended periods Reliable, organized, and able to work well as part of a team Flexibility to work night shifts, weekends, and holidays as needed Must meet minimum age requirements per NC state law for handling alcohol
Compensation & Benefits Pay:
