Manage POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS for accurate order processing, billing, and cash handling. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area in compliance with food safety standards and food handling regulations. Monitor guest behavior to promote a safe environment, especially during busy nightclub or event settings. Restock bar supplies efficiently during shifts, managing inventory levels to prevent shortages. Handle cash transactions accurately using retail math skills, including basic math for change calculation and sales tracking. Experience Previous experience working as a bartender in fine dining establishments, nightclubs, or banquet settings is highly preferred. Demonstrated ability to manage time effectively during high-volume service periods. Strong customer service skills with the ability to connect with diverse guests and create a welcoming atmosphere. Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS is advantageous. Knowledge of food safety practices, food handling procedures, and responsible alcohol service regulations. Experience in catering or food service environments enhances your ability to adapt quickly in dynamic settings.
