The ideal candidate will have a passion for mixology and a strong commitment to providing exceptional customer service in a fast-paced environment. As a Bartender, you will be responsible for crafting beverages, engaging with patrons, and ensuring a memorable experience for all guests in our vibrant setting. Responsibilities Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes and customer preferences. Provide excellent customer service by engaging with guests, taking orders, and addressing any inquiries or concerns. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including washing glassware and cleaning surfaces. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service of food orders when applicable. Handle cash transactions accurately, including processing payments and providing change. Monitor inventory levels of bar supplies and assist in restocking as needed. Adhere to all health and safety regulations, including responsible alcohol service practices. Skills Strong collaboration skills to work effectively with team members in a nightclub or catering environment. Proficient in retail math for managing cash handling and inventory control. Previous bartending experience is preferred, along with knowledge of mixology techniques. Excellent customer service skills to create positive interactions with patrons. Basic math skills for accurate cash handling and drink preparation. Experience in the food industry is an advantage, particularly in high-volume settings.
