Mixologist

Job Overview We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Bartender to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for mixology and providing exceptional customer service in a fast-paced environment. As a Bartender, you will be responsible for crafting beverages, engaging with guests, and ensuring a memorable dining experience. Your ability to create a welcoming atmosphere while handling cash transactions and maintaining cleanliness will be key to your success in this role. Duties Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes or customer preferences. Engage with customers, providing recommendations and ensuring satisfaction with their orders. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including washing glassware and utensils. Operate cash registers, process payments accurately, and manage tabs for customers. Collaborate with kitchen staff to coordinate food orders and ensure timely service. Monitor inventory levels of bar supplies and assist in ordering as needed. Adhere to all health and safety regulations, including responsible alcohol service. Provide excellent customer service by responding promptly to guest inquiries and requests. Qualifications Previous experience as a Bartender or in a similar role within the hospitality industry is preferred. Strong customer service skills with the ability to create positive guest interactions. Knowledge of fine dining standards and cocktail preparation techniques is advantageous. Basic math skills for handling cash register operations and processing transactions accurately. Experience in catering or retail environments is a plus. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail. Excellent communication skills and a friendly demeanor are essential for success in this role.
