Overview Join our dynamic team as a Snack Bar Attendant, where you will be the friendly face and efficient operator behind our snack bar. Responsibilities Prepare and serve a variety of snacks, beverages, and light food items with efficiency and precision Operate POS system to process sales accurately and handle cash transactions securely Provide excellent customer service by engaging with guests, taking orders, upselling items, and addressing inquiries or concerns Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards by regularly bussing tables, cleaning work areas, and adhering to food safety protocols Manage food handling responsibilities including proper storage, portioning, and ensuring freshness of products Assist in inventory management by restocking supplies and monitoring product levels throughout shifts Support quick service operations by managing time effectively during busy periods to ensure minimal wait times Skills Proven experience in food preparation, food service, or working in quick service & fast food restaurants Familiarity with POS systems for efficient sales processing Strong customer service skills with the ability to upsell and promote menu items confidently Knowledge of food handling safety standards and sanitation practices to ensure a safe environment Excellent time management skills to handle multiple tasks swiftly during peak hours Basic math skills for cash handling, retail math calculations, and accurate transaction processing Previous restaurant or café experience is preferred; experience in grocery stores or retail math is a plus Join us as a Snack Bar Attendant to deliver memorable guest experiences through energetic service, culinary expertise, and a passion for the food industry.
