In this role, you will deliver exceptional customer service by providing a welcoming atmosphere, taking orders accurately, and serving food and beverages efficiently. Your enthusiasm and attention to detail will help create memorable experiences for our guests, whether they're enjoying a casual meal, celebrating a special occasion, or unwinding at our lively nightclub or fine dining setting. This paid position offers an exciting opportunity to showcase your hospitality skills while working in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. Responsibilities Greet guests warmly and provide attentive, friendly service throughout their visit Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS Serve food and drinks promptly while ensuring presentation meets quality standards Manage cash handling and cashiering duties with precision, including processing payments and issuing receipts Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar and dining areas in compliance with food safety standards Assist with setup, breakdown, and cleanup during events like banquets or catering functions Engage with guests to promote specials, upsell menu items, and enhance overall customer satisfaction Follow all food handling procedures and safety protocols to ensure a safe dining environment Experience Previous restaurant or food service experience is highly preferred, especially in fine dining or nightclub settings Experience with POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS is advantageous Strong time management skills to handle multiple tables or bar orders efficiently during busy hours Knowledge of food safety regulations and proper food handling techniques Background in serving at banquets or catering events is a plus Demonstrated ability to provide excellent customer service in fast-paced environments Basic math skills for cash handling, retail math for sales upselling, and accurate order processing Join us to be part of an energetic team dedicated to delivering outstanding hospitality experiences.
