Daytime Bartender

This position offers an exciting opportunity to be at the heart of our daytime social scene, providing top-notch service in a fast-paced, fun environment. Hours are Monday - Friday 10am-5pm with occasional weekend pickup and PM pickups available .Responsibilities Prepare and serve a variety of beverages, including cocktails, beer, wine, and non-alcoholic options, with accuracy and efficiency Engage with guests in a friendly, professional manner to enhance their overall experience Manage POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS to process orders quickly and accurately Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area in compliance with food safety standards Handle cash transactions, perform cashiering duties, and balance registers at shift end Monitor alcohol consumption to ensure responsible serving in accordance with legal requirements Assist with setup and breakdown of the bar area during shift changes or special events Qualifications Proven experience as a bartender, preferably with fine dining or nightclub environments, with 1 year minimum. Strong knowledge of POS systems including Aloha POS and Micros POS Excellent customer service skills with the ability to engage diverse clientele Ability to manage time effectively in a busy setting while maintaining attention to detail Knowledge of food safety standards and responsible alcohol serving practices Experience in catering, banquet service, or food handling is a plus Basic math skills for cash handling and retail math calculations Join us if you're passionate about creating memorable moments through exceptional service!
