We are looking for outgoing, energetic bartenders to join our part-time rooftop bar team at Lynnwood Grill & Brewing Concern in Raleigh. This is a unique bartending opportunity focused on atmosphere, hospitality, teamwork, and creating a fun guest experience in one of Raleigh's busiest locally owned restaurant and brewery environments.

ABOUT THE ROLE

Our rooftop bar operates seasonally and is weather dependent•.

The rooftop schedule is:

Wednesday:

6 PM•10

PM Thursday:

6 PM•10

PM Friday:

6 PM•11

PM Saturday:

12 PM•10

PM Sunday:

12 PM•8 PM Because the rooftop is outdoors, shifts are dependent on weather conditions•and temperatures. Decisions to open are typically made several hours before service begins. This would have an "on-call" vibe.

WEATHER & SCHEDULING

Because the rooftop is outdoors, operations are weather dependent. Rooftop team members are part of a flexible scheduling group, and final decisions to open are typically made the day of service based on weather conditions.

Typical decision times are:

Around 2 PM for weekday evening shifts Around 8 AM for weekend daytime shifts Clear communication is provided to the rooftop team once operational decisions are made.
