The ideal candidate will have a passion for mixology and a strong commitment to providing exceptional guest experiences. As a Bartender, you will be responsible for crafting beverages, engaging with patrons, and ensuring a welcoming atmosphere in our establishment. Your ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high standards of service will be essential to your success in this role. Responsibilities Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes and customer preferences. Provide excellent guest services by engaging with patrons, taking drink orders, and ensuring timely delivery of beverages. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including equipment and supplies. Handle cash register transactions accurately, including processing payments and providing change. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth service during busy periods. Monitor guest consumption levels and adhere to responsible serving practices. Assist in inventory management by tracking stock levels and placing orders as needed. Uphold health and safety regulations within the bar area. Experience Previous experience in the food industry or hospitality sector is preferred, particularly in roles involving guest relations or sales. Familiarity with food preparation techniques is advantageous. Strong math skills for handling cash register transactions and managing tabs effectively. Excellent communication skills with a focus on guest services to enhance the overall dining experience. Ability to work well under pressure while maintaining attention to detail in a busy environment.
