Overview We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Bartender Manager to lead our bar operations and deliver exceptional guest experiences. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in spirits, wine, and cocktail preparation, along with restaurant management skills. This role involves overseeing daily bar activities, managing staff, ensuring quality standards, and maintaining a welcoming atmosphere for patrons. A passion for mixology, excellent leadership abilities, and proficiency with POS systems are essential to succeed in this position. Position pays $10/hour PLUS tips Responsibilities Oversee daily bar operations, ensuring efficient service and adherence to quality standards Lead, train, and motivate bartending staff to deliver outstanding customer service and maintain consistency in drink presentation Manage inventory levels of spirits, wine, and other bar supplies, minimizing waste and controlling costs Develop and update cocktail menus to reflect current trends and customer preferences Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, including proper handling of alcohol and sanitation procedures Utilize POS systems for order processing, billing, and reporting purposes Maintain a welcoming environment that encourages repeat business and positive guest interactions Monitor staff performance and provide coaching or disciplinary actions as needed Collaborate with restaurant management to coordinate events or promotions that enhance the overall guest experience Requirements Proven experience working with spirits, wine knowledge, and cocktail preparation in a restaurant or bar setting Prior experience managing a team of bartenders or bar staff as a manager or supervisor Strong knowledge of POS systems for efficient order processing and reporting Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop team members Exceptional customer service skills with a friendly yet professional demeanor Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment Good organizational skills with attention to detail in inventory management and compliance standards Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, or holidays as required by the business Join our team as a Bartender Manager if you are passionate about mixology, dedicated to delivering memorable guest experiences, and eager to lead a talented team in a vibrant hospitality setting.
