Job Description

PART-TIME BARTENDER
Needed at Hilton Garden Inn in Aberdeen, NC Award-winning Hilton Garden Inn is seeking an experienced, upscale part-time bartender to join our team. This role requires a professional, polished individual who can provide excellent guest service while maintaining efficiency behind the bar. The ideal candidate has strong knowledge of cocktails, liquor cost, and bar operations, along with the ability to keep a clean and organized workspace. Responsibilities include preparing and serving drinks to standard, managing bar inventory and cost awareness, operating the POS system, and ensuring a welcoming and professional environment for guests. Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and a team-oriented mindset are essential.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 5 years bartending experience
  • Knowledge of a wide range of drinks and liquor cost
  • Ability to operate POS systems
  • Strong cleanliness and organizational skills
